Hi there, I am Rana Abbas Licensed Professional Mental Health Counseling. I Practiced Individual therapy, Family Therapy and Couple Therapy. I help and empower individuals to overcome the difficulties in their relationships while building a better relationship with themselves. Together, we can identify what’s working and what needs improvement. I know it can be difficult to decide to start therapy, but you’re making the right choice by seeking help. Adults, families, and couples with diverse backgrounds who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. My personal life experience makes me empathetic to others who are suffering from mental health issues, and I love the opportunity to help people heal.
